The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost with tracking available. Please allow your parcels to reach you within 2-3 working days.

Registered Mail (International)
The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. Please allow your parcels to reach you within 7-12 working days. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered.

How do I know the status of the Registered Item?
You may track your item at www.singpost.com with your tracking number, given within 2-3 working days after order is confirmed.

What happens if no one is at home to receive the Registered Mail?
For every unsuccessful delivery, be it local or overseas, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee’s address. For Singapore delivery, you can collect the item from the designated post office or redirect it to another post office of your convenience. For international delivery, the above mentioned arrangements shall apply. The addressee shall bring along his/her identification card and delivery advice as well as any other identification documents required by the relevant postal administration.
